Approved wholesale partners purchase genuine KADIORA-branded products under separate commercial arrangements.

Wholesale purchasing does not authorize the alteration, refilling, dilution, or private labeling of KADIORA products.

Private-label and white-label skincare services are separately offered through Naturvex LLC under independent written commercial agreements.

If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these consumer Terms regarding a business transaction, the relevant commercial agreement will control.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful resale rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Website Content and Customer Reviews
